OUR STORY

We are a small, local, family Asphalt Supplier & Contractor that began in 1998 by Founder, John Michael Stephens. After summers and years spent working with his father and brother, Mark, on road construction projects in Middle Tennessee, his career path felt natural to him.

Upon graduating with a Civil Engineering Degree from the big orange country, he managed multiple asphalt plants across a wide range of territories in the Tennessee area. Here he learned the trade and business of asphalt production and paving.

After he felt he had mastered plant supervision, he pursued his dream of building his own plant from the ground up.

Twenty-Two years later, here we are still proudly serving Bradley County and the surrounding areas with loyalty and a strong commitment to serving our customers to the utmost of our ability.
